The person employed as a Transaction Services Representative will be responsible for: •Complying with transactions settlements deadline, assuring that all payments are completed and all collections received •Executing payment transactions •Routing, processing, control, escalation and resolution of issues related to local and foreign cheques •Proactively interacting with other Departments within the organisation as well as external parties •Implementing own initiatives to improve performance quality and efficiency of the team •Resolving issues with cash related transactions (i.e. reporting system failures/ applications).
