⭕ Recreational Section of Cracow Wrestling Club Gladiator offers FreeStyle Wrestling trainings. We welcome older youth (after completion of 15 years of age) and adults. Newcomer should be minimum 160 centimeters height and has minimum weight of 55 kilograms. We train especially techniques of FreeStyle Wrestling and – from time to time – techniques of other catching martial/arts sports such as ju-jitsu, sumo or other kinds of grappling arts/sports too. Our main targets are: improving condition and health, learning interesting techiniques and fun. Our coach has many coaching permissions in grappling arts/sports and has a long practice of conducting these trainings. He has pedagogical education. Our section doesnt have the high-performance targets – so if You want to compete seriously in wrestling or sumo – please contact with the main coach of our club, who conducts high-performance schooling for wrestling and sumo competition (languages: polish and russian). For schooling of children call him too.Our recreational section trains near Plac Centralny (Plac Ronalda Regana) in the center of Nowa Huta. Many trams and buses are available and there is a place for car too. Our trainings are generally: mondays and wednesdays circa about 5 or 6 p.m. and last about 90 minutes. The cost of one training is 5 PLN for pupil or student (we demand showing the evidence of pupil or student status) or 10 PLN for other. We gain public support from: City Cracow and Region Lesser Poland. The first training for new people is free. If You are interested in our recreational offer – please call us.
