⭕ Payroll Analyst Job Description: • Responsible for managing & oversight of outsourced payroll process for a number of countries • Implementation of law/social/tax changes • Responsible for approval and oversight of outsourced Accounts Payable manual payment processes for a number of countries • Approval of online payments to suppliers and reimbursement of employee expenses • Compliance • Employee support • Process all payroll related payments to employees, Tax Authorities and Social Security Office • Process all payroll related journal entries into the General Ledger • Assist in preparation of monthly reconciliations of all payroll related General Ledger Accounts • Participate and perform monthly auditing, testing and monitoring of process controls • Identify and coordinate corrections and remediation with relevant stakeholders • Prepare and maintain payment schedule for Financial Analysis and planning • Maintain accurate and up to date payroll information pertaining to all employee Requirements: • Degree in Finance or Human Resources (advantageous) • Very good Excel skills including the ability to manipulate data accurately • Experience at working in operational finance or numerate HR activities, with c.a 3 years payroll experience • Experience in turning raw data into meaningful reports for different audiences • Very good communication skills in English, both spoken and written • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in a virtual environment • Meets challenging deadlines under pressure • Experience in a multinational remuneration environment (advantageous) Offer: • Benefits such as gym membership, private health care • Career development within a reputable organization • An opportunity to work in multinational environment
